Individual Breathwork

Individual breathwork classes afford you the opportunity to directly deal with the concerns you have.

By practising breathwork, we are able to tap into our body’s natural healing abilities, by relearning how to breathe optimally we directly work with our Autonomic Nervous System, the Vagal nerve, and the diaphragm.

We are able to improve our overall well-being. Common issues that breathwork is able to alleviate and/or improve include;
