Complimentary Breathwork session on the first Friday of every month at 8 am (GMT +2) online via Zoom.
You will be guided through a sequence of techniques that will help you become more stress-resilient, calmer and focused, and ultimately feel more grounded.
This 30-minute session is open to anyone, so please feel free to share with friends and family.
No experience is required!
Please make sure to have a steady internet connection for this complimentary breathwork session.
Ensure that your space is conducive to not being disturbed.
If possible try to refrain from eating anything heavy before the session.
