Private Breathwork Session


Private classes afford you the opportunity to directly deal with the concerns you have.

By practising breathwork, we are able to tap into our body’s natural healing abilities, by relearning how to breathe optimally we directly work with our Autonomic Nervous System, the Vagal nerve, and the diaphragm.

This is a 60-minute session, giving you the opportunity to fully experience your breath.

Depending on the severity of your problem, more than one session may be required.
