Aimed at people who have never done yoga before, and don’t think that they can.
You don’t need to be flexible or strong for this one.
The focus is to gently guide you into becoming more mobile in your joints and slowly strengthening the muscles surrounding them.

Intermediate
Intermediate yoga is for members who are looking for a good stretch mixed with some challenging poses.
The focus is on learning about what you are capable of.
Finding your edge, both mentally and physically.
Tuesday and Thursday

Park Yoga
A beautiful way to start your Sunday.
Yoga in the sunshine, or under trees.
We do a combination of Hatha and Yin yoga.
All levels of experience are welcome.
Just bring your mat and some sunscreen.
